Connect Telegram

Connecting your Telegram account to TraderPilot allows you to receive trade signals directly from your Telegram channels and copy them automatically to your trading accounts.

To get started, navigate to Telegram Setup in the left sidebar.

Step 1 — Log in to Telegram​

TraderPilot offers two ways to authenticate your Telegram account.

This is the fastest method and requires no manual input.

  1. On the Connect Telegram page, you will see a QR code displayed on screen.
  2. Open Telegram on your phone.
  3. Go to Settings → Devices → Link Desktop Device.
  4. Point your phone camera at the QR code on screen to confirm login.

Your account will be connected immediately once the QR code is scanned.

Option B: Phone Number​

If you prefer to log in with your phone number, click Log in by phone number below the QR code.

  1. Select your country code from the dropdown.
  2. Enter your Telegram phone number.
  3. Telegram will send a verification code to your Telegram app.
  4. Enter the verification code in the field provided to complete login.

You can switch back to QR code login at any time by clicking Log in with QR Code instead.

Step 2 — Add a Channel​

Once your Telegram account is connected, you will be taken to the Connect Telegram page where your account is shown as linked.

To add a signal channel:

  1. Click the + Add Channel button in the top right.
  2. Select or enter the channel you want to connect.
  3. The channel will appear in your Channel List with a Connected status once added.

You must be a member of the Telegram channel before you can add it to TraderPilot.

Managing Your Channels​

The Channel List shows all channels currently linked to your TraderPilot account. For each channel you can see:

Last SignalThe timestamp of the most recent signal received from this channel.
StatusShows Connected when the channel is active.
ActionToggle the channel on or off without removing it.

Disconnecting Telegram​

To unlink your Telegram account entirely, click Disconnect Telegram on the Connect Telegram page. This will remove your account connection and disable all active channels.

Disconnecting Telegram will stop all signal copying from your channels until you reconnect.
