What is TraderPilot?

TraderPilot is a cloud-based copy trading platform that lets you automatically replicate trades across multiple accounts.

It includes two core tools:

  • Trade Copier: Mirrors trades from one trading account to other connected accounts.
  • Telegram Signal Copier: Converts signals from selected Telegram channels into live trades on connected accounts.

Everything runs in the cloud with fast, automated execution.

How does the Trade Copier work?

You add one trading account as the Master Account and connect one or more Slave Accounts as receivers.

Whenever a trade is opened, modified, or closed on the Master Account, TraderPilot automatically replicates the action across the connected Slave Accounts according to the copying rules you have configured.

You can also create different templates for different accounts. This allows each account to use its own:

  • Risk settings
  • Lot-sizing method
  • Copying rules
  • Trade filters
  • Account-specific configuration

This means your connected accounts do not need to follow one shared configuration.

How does the Telegram Signal Copier work?

You connect the Telegram channels or signal sources you want to follow.

TraderPilot reads supported trading signals from those sources and automatically places the corresponding trades on your connected trading accounts.

You do not need to manually copy signals from Telegram or paste them into your trading platform.

Which trading platforms are supported?

TraderPilot currently supports:

  • MetaTrader 4 (MT4)
  • MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
  • cTrader

TraderPilot supports cross-platform copying between supported platforms. For example, trades can be copied from:

  • MT4 to MT5
  • MT5 to cTrader
  • cTrader to MT4
  • Telegram to MT4, MT5, or cTrader

More than five additional trading platform integrations are planned for future releases.

Do I need to keep my computer on or run a VPS?

No. TraderPilot is fully cloud-based.

Once your accounts are connected and your copying rules are configured, TraderPilot can operate continuously in the cloud. You do not need to:

  • Keep your computer running
  • Leave your trading platform open
  • Maintain your own VPS
  • Pay for a separate hosting environment

How many accounts can I connect?

You can connect multiple trading accounts. The number of accounts you can use depends on your subscription.

For example:

  • The Core Plan – Full Access includes 5 account slots.
  • The Trade Copier plan allows accounts to be purchased individually, subject to its minimum first-purchase requirement.
  • The Telegram Copier plan allows accounts to be added individually.

See the Subscription Plan page for current account limits and pricing details.

How fast is trade execution?

TraderPilot is designed for low-latency, near-instant trade copying so that replicated trades are executed as close to the source trade or signal as possible.

Actual execution speed may also depend on factors outside TraderPilot, including:

  • Broker execution speed
  • Market volatility
  • Available liquidity
  • Trading platform performance
  • Network connectivity
  • Differences between connected brokers

Can I customize risk and lot sizing?

Yes. TraderPilot gives you control over how trades are copied to each connected account.

Depending on your configuration, you can manage settings such as:

  • Fixed lot sizes
  • Lot multipliers
  • Risk multipliers
  • Account-specific trade rules
  • Copying conditions
  • Trade filters

This allows each connected account to follow its own risk settings instead of copying every trade with the same configuration.

Is my data safe?

TraderPilot uses encryption in transit and at rest, along with industry-standard security measures, to help protect your account and connection information.

You should also protect your account by using a strong password, keeping your login details private, and contacting support immediately if you notice suspicious activity.

Do you sell or share my data?

No. TraderPilot does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or trading data.

The account connections and information you provide are used only as required to operate, secure, maintain, and support the TraderPilot service.

See the TraderPilot Privacy Policy for complete information about how data is handled.

Does TraderPilot have access to my funds?

No. TraderPilot is a software platform and is not a broker, bank, investment manager, or financial custodian.

TraderPilot does not hold your funds. Your money remains in your trading account with your broker and is subject to the broker's account terms and policies.

How much does TraderPilot cost?

TraderPilot uses subscription-based pricing with monthly and yearly billing options.

Available subscriptions include:

  • Trade Copier
  • Core Plan – Full Access
  • Telegram Copier

Per-account pricing and minimum account requirements vary by plan.

See the Subscription Plan page for current plans, prices, billing options, and account requirements.

For help choosing a plan, contact TraderPilot Telegram Support.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle unless the subscription is reactivated.

Do you offer refunds?

Once a trading account has been added to your subscription, the payment is non-refundable because the service and required cloud resources become active immediately.

You can cancel your subscription to stop future billing.

Refunds may be considered for verified billing errors, such as an accidental duplicate charge. See the TraderPilot Refund Policy for complete details.
