Billing Information

The Billing page allows you to manage payment methods, review transactions, and manage your subscriptions.

After Payment​

Once a payment is completed successfully, the purchased subscription becomes active immediately. A separate transaction record is created for every payment and appears in the Billing table.

Payment Methods​

At the top of the Billing page, you can add, remove, manage, or set a card as your default payment method.

The default card will be used for the next automatic renewal. If the default card is invalid or the payment fails, TraderPilot will try another valid card saved to your account.

Billing History​

The Billing table shows all your transactions, including subscription status, payment status, purchased slots, billing dates, and the remaining time before the subscription ends.

Select Details beside any transaction to open its full subscription details.

Transaction Details​

The transaction details page allows you to review the selected subscription, download its invoice, cancel the subscription, or update the subscription quantity.

Updating Subscription Quantity​

You can increase or decrease the number of slots in your subscription. The new quantity and updated price will take effect from the next billing cycle.

For the Core Plan, the quantity cannot be reduced below 5 slots.

Canceling a Subscription​

You can cancel a subscription from its transaction details page by selecting Cancel Subscription.

After selecting the button, a confirmation modal will open to make sure you want to continue. Confirm the cancellation to stop future renewals.

After cancellation, the subscription will remain in an Active but Cancelled state until the current billing period ends. You can continue using the subscription during this time, but it will not renew automatically.

Once the current billing period ends, the subscription will become inactive and access to its included features will be removed.

Refund Policy​

Subscription payments are non-refundable because the subscription, account slots, and related platform access are activated immediately after a successful payment.

This policy also applies to unused subscription time, unused slots, early cancellations, and accidental purchases. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

Before completing a payment, please review the selected plan, billing period, quantity, and total price carefully. Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable law.
